2. Eligibility

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to product/service availability.
All prices are listed in INR and may include or exclude applicable GST, as mentioned.
Payment must be made in full via secure methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or other available gateways.
Landscaping or installation services may require advance booking and partial or full upfront payment.

4. Delivery and Execution

Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout within the estimated delivery time.
Service execution (e.g., site visits, installations) will be scheduled post consultation and confirmation.
Delays due to weather, labor issues, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Product Orders:

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, if not yet dispatched.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

Service Bookings:

Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Late cancellations may result in deduction of booking fees or partial refunds.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Products (excluding live plants and custom items) may be returned within 7 days in unused, original condition.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Live plants and customized services are non-returnable unless the issue is reported immediately with proof.
